How do I view my bill in My eircom? Click to view answer

To view a fully itemised PDF version of your bill:
Step 1: Click on 'View as PDF' in the billing section
Step 2: A fully itemised version of your current bill is displayed. You can save this bill if you need to keep for your own records** Please be aware that a PDF of your bill will not be available to view online until after your next bill has been issued. Every bill after that will be available to view online. Log into My eircom using your registered name (your email address) and chosen password. Choose "Billing" from the left-hand menu bar.
Please be aware that your billing information will not be available to view immediately online. You will receive an email as soon as your next bill is available to view.

The different parts of your bill are fully explained in the 'Your bill explained' option in the billing widget in My eircom.
How will I know when my bill is online?
eircom will send you an email advising you each time your new bill is available. Make sure to keep your email address up-to-date on eircom.ie to ensure that you receive this alert.

My email address has changed. How do I update my email notification details? Click to view answer

You can update your email notification by:
- Clicking on the 'More details' option in the top right of the page
- Once this has opened, go to the 'Email notifications' section and click on the'Edit my notfications' link
- Within this section you can change your settings to what best suits you
- Click 'Update' and return to My eircom
Your Registration Details > Update Your Details & Your Password. Here you can add a new email address.

No. If your account has ceased, you will no longer be able to view your bill online.

If you have recently registered, it will take a few days for your bill to appear on eircom.ie.

Charges for your eircom talktime and eircom broadband bundles will appear in the "your eircom packages" section. The bundle also appears within the "your eircom packages" section under a heading "package discounts and promotions".

You can pay your eircom bill by using your Laser card, Visa debit card,by setting up a direct debit or by Online banking.

This can be seen on the "View Bill Summary" page under "Total Payment/Adjustments". Please note it may take 3-4 days for any payments to show, especially if you have paid via laser or through your bank account.

To set up direct debit to pay your eircom bill you will need:
- Your bank account number
- Your bank sort code
- Be the authorised signatory on the account
- Your eircom account details
Click on 'Sign up for direct debit' in the Billing widget in My eircom

Click on 'Sign up for direct debit' in the Billing widget in My eircom. The direct debit will set up within five working days. Direct debit is subject to verification of your bank details.

Direct debit is an easy and convenient way to pay your bills online. Never again will you need to worry about missed payments or remembering bill due dates.

You should receive your modem within 5 working days of your bundle order. If you're not at home at the time we'd recommend contacting your local post office to arrange collection.

As an existing eircom landline customer now purchasing broadband, there'll be a few differences to your next bill after purchasing a Broadband Bundle.
Under 'Your eircom package charges' You will see the charge for your bundle for the upcoming month Under 'Your Service and Connection charges' The part period cost of your bundle that covers the time from broadband activation to this bill date will be shown You will also see any connection fee's applicable as part of this order Under 'Your other credits' Any promotions you are entitled to as part of this order will appear in this section Click here to see a sample bill that will explain how the different sections of an eircom bill are laid out.

What is the part period rental charge on my bill? Click to view answer

Your monthly bundle charge is for a full month and is paid at the start of the billing period. The part period charge is a pro rata amount of this, to cover the time from broadband activation to your next bill, e.g., if your broadband was activated mid-way during your billing period you'd pay half of your usual monthly charge on your next bill with broadband, in addition to the upcoming monthly bundle charge.

Your new broadband monthly usage allowance and free minutes are allocated each billing period and cannot be carried over.
You can monitor your monthly broadband usage by viewing the graph in the Broadband Usage widget in My eircom.

As a new eircom customer you'll receive your first bill from us in approx 10 days.
Your eircom talktime package only comes into effect from this bill date so on your 1st bill you'll just see a Line Rental charge. The eircom talktime package charge will appear from your 2nd bill onwards.
Some area's to note for your first bill with eircom are:
Under 'Your Service and Connection charges' Your Line Rental for the upcoming month will be here a Part Period Line Rental charge to cover time from line activation to this bill date

The standard Line Rental amount is charged on your first bill for the upcoming month.
On your 1st bill, you'll also pay a pro rata amount of the Line Rental charge to cover the time from line activation until your 1st bill date. This is referred to as a Part Period charge.
From your 2nd bill onwards you will see just one charge for the eircom talktime package you purchased.

Your eircom talktime & broadband bundle takes effect from this bill date so on your 1st bill you'll just see the Line Rental charge. Your chosen bundle monthly charge will appear from your 2nd bill onwards

*If your broadband is not active on this bill date only phone line rental will be charged and the broadband line rental will appear on your 2nd bill.
